Abstract: This specification provides a template for commenting on drafts, 
it is an internal working specification of the SFF Committee, an industry ad 
hoc group. This template is to be used to comment on specifications being 
balloted, or at any other time when an error or clarification is being 
brought to the attention of the editor.

The use of spreadsheets to gather and comments has been done by many 
projects, with slight variations between them. 

By adopting a common template, comments can be grouped and arranged in a 
consistent manner which will assist both the members and the editor to 
resolve them. Another benefit will be the inclusion of the aggregated ballot 
comments/resolutions in the mailings.                          

If completing SFF-8021 in an XLS format is not feasible, a text submission  
in the following style will allow the editor to readily incorporate it into 
the master spreadsheet.
